Prof. Dr. Thomas Klopstock

Thomas Klopstock is Professor of Neurology at the Friedrich-Baur-Institute of the LMU Hospital and associate investigator at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) and of the Munich Cluster for Systems Neurology (SyNergy). He is a renowned expert for inherited mitochondrial disorders and was crucially involved in the clinical development of the ocular gene therapy for mt-ND4-linked LHON (lenadogene nolparvovec).
